Application with ALL supporting documents and video clips are due Friday, April 17, 2015.

Updated unofficial transcript or letter to confirm current graduation status and GPA.
Referral letter from a teacher, counselor, pastor, or community leader describing how they feel you have made an impact in your community.

Must display 3 acts of good deeds in your community that encourages others to celebrate life (Make a 15 sec video for each good deed and post via Instagram with the hashtag #colscholarship2015 & make sure to tag @colfoundation)
